Lotus Sattva MA

Lotus has been facilitating transformational experiences for over twenty years including growing up with natural intuitive abilities and facilitating healing since the 1990s through nature connection, expressive arts, and journey-work. She is an empath, and grew up experiencing personal traumas as well as feeling the pain of the world. While this led to years of struggles with depression, Lotus committed her life to healing and has demonstrated the effectiveness of the Deep Compass approach through her own successes and work with hundreds of clients.

Lotus’s early studies include “Holistic Health and Healing,” “Vipassana Meditation”, “Leadership in Action with Spirit” (UMASS Amherst, 2002), and "Intuitive Life Coaching” (New College of California, 2004). Her graduate studies include an Integral Psychology certificate in “Leadership for Sustainable Change” (JFK University, 2012) and a Masters of Arts in Organizational Development and Leadership focused on “Cocreative Coaching for Conscious Evolution” with a certificate in Evidence-Based Coaching (Fielding Graduate University, 2014). Lotus has trained with world-renowned organizations and mentors including The Presencing Institute, The Animas Valley Institute, The Foundation for Conscious Evolution, The Pachamama Alliance, The Earth Activist Training, Tomorrow Makers, Authentic World, Heart Circles, Nonviolent Communication, Theta Healing, Re-evaluation Counseling, Dancing Freedom, Jon Young, Samantha Sweetwater, Katharine and Makasha Roske and Starhawk.

Lotus has been innovating social healing modalities for over a decade. Since 2004 she has cocreated intentional communities in California, Colorado and Hawaii with an emphasis on uplifting a culture of sharing and caring. Lotus leads trainings and programs related to “social permaculture” including being one of the founding members of Living Mandala, a cooperative of regenerative practitioners in 2008. She has worked in every sector including innovating custom workshops for schools, governments and festivals. Her original programs include Gaia’s Angels Women’s Group, The Cocreators Lab, The Deep Listening Skills Training, Relationship Alchemy, and Sacred Synergy. Lotus was named an “Ambassador for Change” in 2015 for her work supporting unification by Bioneers and Lucidity Festival.

Lotus founded WESOURCE.us in 2016 as an umbrella for work uplifting a cocreative culture.

Lotus lives in Hawaii, California and Colorado at various points in the year, and is the grateful mother of a teenage son who is also on the medicine path. She loves music, food, dance, yoga, travel, nature, and deep connecting experiences with soulful beings.
